Gruyere Castle, Switzerland |

A friend of mine flew to Switzerland and took numerous pictures throughout the country side. One of their slides was of Gruyere Castle. One night when we looked at these prized images, this gorgeous castle was thrown un ont a six foot wide screen. I was absolutely overwhelmed with its beauty. While looking at it, I instantly thought, 'Wonder how many people have lived there. Just imagine the stories they could tell.' There was nothing else to do but to paint it. This is the result. |
